Cloud-enabled dynamic site management

SolarAssistant sites are added and edited from Manage Sites. Cloud discovery can link/import new account sites without entering private LAN routes. No Visual Studio restart is required.

Each saved site gets its own live, energy, and history paths in Firebase automatically, while site connection configuration is mirrored under configuration/sites.
